Medical Director

Charles MooreCharles Moore, MD Charles Moore, MD, received his medical degree from the University of Kansas Medical School. He completed triple combined residency and fellowship in pediatrics, adult psychiatry, and child&adolescent psychiatry at Tufts Medical Center. He is the medical director of the McLean-Brockton Southeast Region- MCPAP and Mclean Southeast Adolescent ART. He is an assistant professor at Tufts Medical School and instructor with Harvard Medical School.

Child psychiatrist

Jeanne DolanJeanne Dolan, MD, is a child psychiatrist for the Southeast  regional MCPAP at McLean-Brockton.  She is also a psychiatrist for the McLean Southeast Adolescent Acute Residential Treatment Unit.  A graduate of the Boston University School of Medicine, Dr. Dolan is certified in adult psychiatry and neurology, child and adolescent psychiatry, and in pediatric medicine. She holds an academic appointment as an instructor in psychiatry at Harvard Medical School.

Administrator

Mark Picciotto Mark Picciotto,PhD, is the program administrator for our Southeast regional MCPAP at McLean-Brockton.  He is also the program director for the McLean Southeast Adolescent ART. Dr. Picciotto, who received his PhD from Michigan State University, is also a child and adolescent treatment specialist at MassBay Counseling in Marshfield.  He has had many years experience both as a clinician and as an administrator.

Social worker

Emily Loomis Emily Loomis, MSW, LICSW, our Southeast regional MCPAP social worker, received her master’s in social work from Boston University.  Emily serves as an advisory board member at the North River Collaborative in Rockland, Massachusetts.  As an advisory board member, she promotes linkages for advancing appropriate mental health partnerships with schools.  A social worker for more than 27 years, she has an extensive background working with children who have experienced trauma and/or sexual abuse. 

CARE COORDINATOR

Amanda Medeiros, our care coordinator for the Southeast, was trained as a medical administrative assistant and came to us with a wide variety of customer service experience. Amanda has also had many years experience working in direct care for persons with cognitive disabilities, and in particular, has a special interest in helping those with behavioral health issues.
