Bruce Waslick, MD, is the Chief of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Baystate Medical Center, an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at UMass Medical School and an Adjunct Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Tufts University School of Medicine. He is board-certified in general psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry, and maintains memberships in the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, the American Psychiatry Association, and the American Medical Association. He is the Medical Director for Outpatient Psychiatric Services in the Division of Child Behavioral Health and the Medical Director for the UMass Baystate Massachusetts Child Psychiatry Access Program (MCPAP) team. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Massachusetts- Amherst in 1982 and medical school training at Tufts University School of Medicine in 1988. He completed post-graduate clinical training in general psychiatry and child / adolescent psychiatry at Tufts-New England Medical Center in 1993 and completed a research fellowship in child psychiatry at Columbia University in 1996. He remained on faculty at the New York State Psychiatric Institute and Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons from 1996 through 2005 before transitioning to the Baystate Department of Psychiatry in 2005. Dr. Waslick has been an attending psychiatrist in the Department of Psychiatry and in the Division of Child Behavioral Health since arriving at Baystate. Dr. Waslick spends his work and clinical time studying, practicing and teaching evidence-based psychiatry and child psychiatry principles with his colleagues and trainees.
Dr. Yael Dvir received her medical degree from Hadassah Medical School/Hebrew University of Jerusalem and completed her integrated general and child psychiatry residencies at UMASS Medical School/UmassMemorial Medical Center. Dr. Dvir is Vice Chair and Director of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at UMASS and Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Pediatrics at UMASS Medical School. Dr. Dvir practices child and adolescent psychiatry and directs the Psychosis & Mood Disorders Clinic at the Center for Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disorders (CANDO). Her clinical interests include the association between childhood trauma and mood disorders, childhood psychosis, and the associations between childhood psychosis and Autistic Spectrum Disorders.
Allyson Rogers, is the Practice Manager for Behavioral Health Community Programs at Baystate Health. In addition to managing the Baystate MCPAP team, she also manages the Family Advocacy Center working with children and families impacted by violence, trauma and/or suicide and Integrated Behavioral Health, a program that provides Baystate Primary Care Practices assistance with the mental health needs of their patients through imbedded Behavioral Health Clinicians. Allyson obtained her associates degree from Springfield Technical Community College in medical office administration in 1999 and began her career with Baystate Health at the Family Advocacy Center the summer of that same year. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in executive business administration from Bay Path College in 2010.
Martha studied Radiologic Technology at Mass Bay Community College and International Trade and Commerce UNINPAHU in Colombia, SA Martha Soraya Diaz is the program coordinator of MCPAP at Umass Memorial Hospital, Her role as program coordinator is to organize day to day activities of the MCPAP office of Western/Central Region, perform triaging functions for the program, assist clinicians with administrative tasks, as well as the projects and/or programs they support. Martha has been in the healthcare system for over 24 years, in various roles, departments and healthcare systems. She has over 13 years in Behavioral Health with extensive experience in the intake & triage process, insurance procedures, coordinating patient and clinician schedules, and program and department policy compliance.

Kouren Delgado, MS, began her behavioral health career working at Baystate Medical Center in 2001 and later transitioned into roles with insurance company Boston Medical Center HealthNet. There she served as the only bilingual Community Support Specialist for the company’s Intensive Case Management Program and was later promoted to Senior Community Care Education Specialist. In 2011, Ms. Delgado returned to Baystate Medical Center in the role of Evaluation Team Caseworker with The Family Advocacy Center. There she provided medical and forensic evaluation services for children and families affected by child abuse and other trauma. During this time, Ms. Delgado became a member of the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Breakthrough Series Collaborative and served as a supervisor to undergraduate psychology students from Bay Path University. Ms. Delgado received her master’s degree in training and development from the University of St. Francis, College of Business and Health Administration in 2017. She received her bachelor's degree in psychology from Bay Path University and holds an animal assisted therapy certification from the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Social Work.
Peter Weiss taught high school and college English for more than 30 years. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Ohio State University, his Master’s Degree in English from CUNY. He also holds a Master’s and Doctorate Degree in Education. He currently serves as the Resource and Referral Specialist for the Central Mass MCPAP team where he strives to assist families in obtaining the services needed for their loved ones. His first love is his young daughter and he is an avid and published fiction writer.

Stephanie Daly M.D., is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at University of Massachusetts Medical School (UMMS) Baystate Health and a child and adolescent psychiatrist at Baystate Medical Center, where in addition to being a part of the MCPAP team she works as the Medical Director of the Child Partial Hospital program serving children in acute psychiatric crisis in the Western MA area, as well as, her role as the Co-Medical Director of the Family Advocacy Center working with children and families impacted by trauma. Dr. Daly is also on the admissions committee for the UMMS- Baystate Health (BH) medical school, welcoming students interested in Population-based Urban and Rural Community Health (PURCH) track. Dr. Daly received her B.S. in psychology at Clemson University, SC, completed her post Baccalaureate premedical studies at Columbia University, NY and her M.D. from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She completed her psychiatry residency and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship training at the University of Maryland Medical Center.

Dr. Jack Fanton received his medical degree from the University at Buffalo and did his combined triple board residency at Rhode Island, Hasbro Children's and Bradley Hospitals. Dr Fanton is a child psychiatrist at Baystate Medical Center where he works as a consulting physician for Baystate MCPAP and other Baystate programs. Dr. Fanton has special interests in pediatric psychiatry disorders, consultation services to primary care providers, psychopharmacology in pediatric psychiatry disorders, and developmental disorders.
Mary Jeffers-Terry, APRN, is one of the CAP staff for the Central Massachusetts MCPAP region. She received her master's in nursing from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Ms. Terry has had more than 30 years of experience in the field of nursing. Ms. Terry was involved with Targeted Child Psychiatric Services, a consultation program that preceded MCPAP. She is a coauthor with Mr. William H. O'Brien, MSW and others (see below) of the article titled, "Targeted Child Psychiatric Services: A New Model of Pediatric Primary Clinician-Child Psychiatry Collaborative Care" (Clin Pediatr (Phila). 2006 Jun;45 (5):423-34 16891275).
Smita Srivastava, M.D. joined the Central MCPAP team in September 2019. She received her M.D. from the Tufts University School of Medicine in 2003. She completed a Triple Board Residency in Pediatrics, and Adult and Child Psychiatry at Tufts Medical Center and is Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Srivastava has served as an Attending Psychiatrist and Medical Director of the Massachusetts Child Psychiatry Access Program (MCPAP) at Tufts Medical Center from 2009 till 2012. In addition, to her consulting work at MCPAP, she also provides psychotherapy and psychopharmacological evaluation and management for children, adolescents and adults at a group practice in Stoneham, MA.
